SHIPPING
We offer shipping of online purchase to Colombia & United States.
We use FedEx to ship your package.
If you are resident in any other country and wish to purchase our products, please email to customerservice@biozean.com
Please note we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the order’s tracking number.

Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate however any duties & taxes charges that become due in order to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days and we will refund the original purchase price. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
Email customerservice@biozean.com your return request with the following information:
- Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Order Number
- Item Purchased
- Reason for Return
- Biozean is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep for your records.
The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
After the request is approved, the refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.
